Cancellation Policy A 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the start of your booking, or at least 72 hours prior to any Spa Days or group bookings (over 4 people).

Spa Etiquette

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. On departure, please leave any towels, robes and locker bands in the area provided inside the changing rooms.

Parking Eye – important, please read

Due to limited space in the car park we have introduced restrictions and parking fees. If you park between 09:00-15:00 charges will apply. Please ensure you have paid covering the entirety of your visit if you wish to use St Michaels resort car park. Outside of these times the car park cannot be used by Spa guests.

There are plenty of surrounding roads and car parks just a short walk away.
